Hi,

I am a new private seller here on eBay. I listed a shoe, and I got an email from eBay that the shoe has been sold, and they requested my card details for payment. I just realized that money has taken from my account. Please, what do I do? Can I get the money back?

eBay do take or deposit small quantities of money to verify a bank account.   If it is not a small amount and you believe someone has accessed your account contact the bank fraud line on 159 asap.
