Just sold an item and eBay have informed me that the buyer wants a refund and they have
gone ahead and refunded him and the item will not be returned. How can they refund and then
not get the item sent back. At the moment I have lost the money and the item. They say its because
I used "Simple Delivery"!. Has anyone out there in eBay land had this problem ?
