Return label

I've been sent shoes that are size 5 but listed as size 6, requested a return and refund. Seller sent me a full refund but no post label. Now he's asking why I've not returned shoes, I said I was waiting for him to send return label but he's now saying I have to find it, I've said he has to issue it, but he just keeps saying I have to resolve it with Ebay. How do I get out of having to pay return post for his mistake?

If he doesn't send you a paid-for label you don't have to return them.   He can't do it via ebay now that he's refunded but he can buy one on the Royal Mail website and send you the link to print it.
