Restricted items application

Hi I Applied to sell Vapes and my Application got rejected after waiting 3 Weeks 

They say you need business eBay Acc - I have one

Good standing in eBay- I am 

Registered to Uk - I am 

What other criteria could they Reject me on????

Also can you re-apply after a specified time period??

Are you trying to sell disposable/ single use vapes?  A ban for these came in on June 2025.

For other types of vaping products, you must have an effective age verification process, include specific legal text in your listings, and comply with regulations on nicotine strength and container size. 

If the above is not the case,  have you asked Customer Services  what are the requirements?

Yes I was going sell disposable vapes that was over a year when they was legal 🙂

Yes I had the age verification in place via Ebay 3rd party partner 

But still got rejected

You are not able to sell disposable vapes now on eBay as said,  as from June this year.

If any are showing for sale, they have slipped the net and become listed,  with over 7 billion items on eBay at any one time,  it's impossible to check each and every one so some will become listed.

eBay also rely on members to report listings,  there's a report function the ? mark bottom right of every listing,  to report any item breaking selling regulations.

Aaah  apologies crossed wires here,  I thought you were asking how to apply to sell vapes,  I asked if they were disposable as these are now banned,  you did say in a post above ....  I was going to sell disposable... so I thought you were not aware of this ruling.

As said crossed wires, but contact CS if you wish to sell Non disposable ones,  and the requirements needed.

I just checked the requirement page on ebay site

They removed the no reapply part do i night try in future again to sell liquids
