I sold a erkley bone chess set pieces to a USA client last week. Few days ago, I got a message from Ebay Global Shipping that they will not be sending on the item as it is a restrickted item. They didnt clarify why it is restrickted and for what reason. They say they will not return my item back to me, but have paid me the selling price. I have tried nearly every day to get in touch but the nearest I got to was the first time I contacted last week as soon as I received their notification, and the message was ''someone will call you in 9 minutes'', and I waited all night. Now I get a message that this item cannot be found, or perhaps its older then 90 days. I have written many e-mails to them, but not getting any answer. They say they have also refunded the buyer. Any help please?
