Missing parts from an order

Hi,

I purchased 2 hard drives from a seller on 11 June and tried installing it in my new PC but but noticed the connections to the hard drives from the PC were missing. I contacted the seller on 14 July but seller faild to respond.

This morning, I recived a message from eBay saying the case has been closed without giving me any reason why the case was closed when seller has failed to respond.
