Help needed

I purchased a Rigel Smok 230watt vape mod on 10th Sept 2023. I used it everything was fine then it just went off and would not come back on. I contacted the seller they asked me to open a return request which I did. They closed the return request minutes later!!!! I've emailed them photos of the item and since sent 3 emails all been ignored.

Help needed

The only way a Seller can close a Faulty or Damage Item return case that quickly is to give you a full refund without you returning the item. Check with your payment provider.
