Cannot Get Refund from Sellet

Bought what I thought was a Casio calculator from gadgets_cheap and they sent me a different calculator. Have returned this over 1 week ago and still awaiting a refund!!! Not answering any of my numerous emails. Cannot figure how to get eBay to step in. Have followed how to do this but can't get anywhere.

You should have been given a date to escalate your return case in the email you got from ebay when you started it.   It's usually at least 3 working days later.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

Did you actually open an eBay case?   If so there is no need to send repeated e-mails to seller.   Simply follow the steps from @**peaseblossom** provided that you are still within eBay's time limit.

If not that is why you cannot find any way to get eBay involved.

when this happened to me and the sellar ignored every communication I went through paypal for the refund and got it back
