I am in a pickle, I sold an expensive item, from the off, the buyer started harassing me about not sending out the following day, my listing clearly stated to allow 5 working days to post, less than 28hours later he had sent me negative feedback, ebay removed the feedback, Great !, however he started messaging every day complaining etc, his item was delivered well within time stated, and he has now requesting a return
claiming that the box I sent him was empty !!!!!! Im in a right tizzy, any advice ?
