bit frustrating...does anyone else have this happening.....you scroll down to read the item details" about this item", and its quickly replaced with items "Based on your search".....so I cant read up on the item I am looking at

Hi there

I am getting the same thing when I try to withdraw my funds from Ebay, the screen either disappears or there is no scroll down option to go any further. 

Called Ebay yesterday but they were unable to help over the phone, got an email from them but what they suggested still doesn't work

Exactly the same as all of you! Bring back proper shops with real people who know what they're selling and after a while maybe know you too! Aaah.....

Try another browser that does not have an ad blocker installed.

Both myself and my wife are having the same problem not able to read description, Ebay sort it out as you do not know what you are buying

Done this.....to no effect.....anyway it's a new phenomenon and even with original browser and adblockers descriptions used to appear with no problem whatever!

Got the same issue, also got rid of all history and other files and used another browser, add blocker it turned off and still cant see the listing in full. So I decided go to another platform and do some shopping there instead of eBay.

Did you resolve this? I Am getting the same. I Scroll down to 'Item Description' & after one second it totally disappears and I'm left with a blank white box! Only happens on Google Chrome.

Unresolved. Have no 'About this item' or 'Item Description'.

Have taken to contacting each seller with brief explanation when requesting information.....SOME helpful.....

Make no more suggestions about removing adblockers, changing browsers, search engines, operating systems, plugs, times of day, cooling the laptop in the fridge, rebooting, throwing it in the bin - all very valid but I've always preferred direct action [ pensioner hippy] so I'll chuck ebay before I get a little annoyed! Appreciate responses! Makes up for ignorance of ebay! Bye - not buy!
