Hello...has anyone seen this before?....I bought 2 items and they were dispatched ...but I have noit received them..there is nowhere on the items or order to start a case for not received...its not very much money but why is this facility not available?

The latest estimated delivery date on the second item is tomorrow 2nd June.
Option will not be available at the moment?

I just want to add to the above...it was a multi order where several things were added to basket and paid for....two arrive tracked and were delivered and the above two were not tracked and did not arrive....is it because only part of my order was tracked and it has overidden the ability to open a case?....
