item not receivced

Hello, purchased and paid for item. It does not appear on my purchase history. Chased seller who gave me photo of it being delivered. The house was not mine. He assured me that the address i gave was the one the item was delivered to ? How is that possible because my address is stored on paypal and apple pay.

How did i pay for something ending up at another address.

Set up a 'item not received' dispute and if needed submit a picture of your property. Sometimes the delivery tracking has gps co-ordinates linked to the delivery point - you can see if they match your property or not
