error when accepting offer

I got an offer from a seller, but when accepting it I get an error.

Sellers sending offers to watchers can't see anything about the watcher, so they can't contact you about it. You can contact the seller directly and tell them what happened and ask them to try sending the offer again.

Sometimes offer is sent to more than one buyer. The quickest buyer will get the item and the other an error as item was sold.

 Even today it shows 4 available.

I’m not watching the item, it’s in my basket. Don’t know if that makes any difference. I did contact them about the issue.
