Hi @hamrick60luckyr2 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Ebay is not able to update addresses on accounts. If there was a change of address on your eBay account that you did not update then you need to reach out to customer support to verify your account in case it was compromised. Please see the details on it here.
Thank you,
Kat

Did you order from the USA? Could the address have been a global shipping address in the US?

A UK selling deliberately sending something to a US address is an odd fraud as it involves an international transaction.
Do you have evidence of the address you used at checkout, i.e the order confirmation from ebay, that proves you used your UK address when you purchased?
If so, then you do need to contact ebay CS again.

@hamrick60luckyr2: If by the time you read this reply you have still not managed to secure a refund for the item you ordered then you may well have to take a different approach to getting your money back if eBay appear to have washed their hands of the matter.
If you paid for the item via PayPal log into your PayPal account and open a case there, ensuring that you escalate the case within PayPal's twenty day cut-off point should it become necessary to do so. PayPal tend to look into cases far more closely than eBay do, so once they spot that the delivery address you provided doesn't match the address that the item was delivered to - or if it appears that the item has been lost in transit - then you ought to receive a full refund of the money that you paid to the seller.
In the event that you didn't pay via for the item PayPal and paid using a credit or debit card then contact the card provider and start a chargeback. You have a maximum of one hundred and twenty days from the date of purchase during which to do this, so if you do end up having to go down this route then you should stand a decent chance of your money being refunded in full.

@hamrick60luckyr2 : I am sorry to hear that you have cancer. It must stressful enough having to undergo treatment in an attempt to reverse the effects of the cancer, without eBay making matters even worse with their stubborn refusal to be of any help.
Whatever happens with regards to you getting your money back, I hope that your treatment is successful and that you are eventually given the all-clear by your Consultant. At the end of the day you should prioritise your health first - when it comes to things like that it simply isn't worth wasting your time with eBay.
