We do not know which seller and even if we did, as there are millions of sellers on eBay it's highly unlikely unless it's one of the big power sellers, that anyone would have this knowledge.

All you can do is to read their feedback,  what does it say?

You're registered on eBay USA but asking this on the eBay UK site. Generally it would be better to use your eBay USA forum,even if you are looking at buying from eBay UK.

Are you aware that most couriers stopped shipments to the States yesterday? This is because systems are put into place for collecting the $80 plus 10% tariff that takes effect 29 August. Even if you purchase today, the arrival date in the States will mean you are subject to the new tariffs.
