Just checking here - does this mean that ON 24th May I can contact eBay to tell them the seller has still not sent me a label & eBay will rule in my favour.

 

Or does it mean that I have to wait for 24th May to totally pass & I can only contact eBay on 25th May to tell them the seller still hasn't provided a label?

 

* For some background - I put in for a returns, the seller lied & said they'd provided a label, I contacted eBay to inform them of no label being provided, eBay updated with the message you see at the start of this post.

Your case is on hold - eBay Customer Support has placed the case on hold

Whatever you do do not close the case.  

 

Usually after you open a case it gives the seller 3 full days,  and it's counted to the second to either refund or send a postage label,  on day 4 you escalate the case ask eBay to step in if neither happens.

 

Either today or tomorrow you should be able to see where to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
