Tracking no longer viewable after import duty refund

Got an order from the US thats still currently heading to the international shipping hub, of which I chased ebay for a refund for wrongly charged import duties. They've now issued a partial refund for those duties. However, I can no longer view the tracking on ebay, and it just states "Your item is on the way to our shipping hub" at the top of the order page.

Is this partial refund going to mess up the entire order? I'm worried that I won't be able to see the eISP tracking number when it arrives at the Illinois hub. If it even gets given one? It's like one part of the system thinks the order is complete, and another knows its on the way to the hub.

Update to above: 

Ok ,so, discovered that if I visit the desktop ebay website I can continue to track my order. But only from the main Purchases page. There is a Track Order button available that shows all relevant tracking information.  However, clicking on my order to view the order details does not have any tracking information available to me, but at least I can track it from me the main purchases page. 

On the mobile website, however, I can't view the tracking at all, neither on the main purchases page or order details. Same goes for the ebay app.
