Hi, I have sold the item and the buyer wanted to return it. I have issued the refund but the buyer didn’t send the item back

Sorry but you should only refund once the item has been returned.

It is now between you and the buyer,Ebay won't get involved as they see the refunding as you not wanting the item back.
