Just after some advice.
Purchased an item that was faulty. The sellers listing said they didn't accept returns. But when contacting the seller to explain they accepted a return but have informed eBay that they have sent a returns label but haven't? I asked the seller when they had sent the label over as I couldn't find it. They told me they had sent one in the original box. there wasn't one to be seen and sounded odd with them not accepting returns in there listing? I've been waiting a week for them to send a new one over as there was none in the original packaging but they have come back this morning and told me they have been advised by ebay for me to purchase the return label as it would be more efficient and quicker to send the item back to get my refund on the item as the original label has gone missing? (No returns label originally provided. Any help as I can't see a contact ebay button in the open return with the seller ? Thanks

If you haven't done so already escalate your case to ebay at least 3 working days after you started it. Go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
If you've done that or if you still have problems contact eBay using the callback link on here:

You need to open a return case, 'Not as Discribed' the selle will have to supply a return label, if not as above advice ^
