Returned item never collected by seller

So purchased an item that was not as described and seller agreed to a refund and return. They provided return postage by Royal Mail. The item has a RRP around £400, so not cheap!

Today the item has been returned to me as the seller never collected it from the RM office.

What do I do? No help from the eBay 'help' area??

eBay returns usually only require attempted delivery.    Contact ebay and see what they say.   You can request a callback on here:
