Hello.
I’m in the UK and I purchased a shirt from the US. I ordered a size 2XL, the seller sent me size 3XL. The seller will not issue a return postage label through eBay. They have tried sending me a postage label through a message that is only valid within the US. I cannot find a way to involve eBay directly to resolve this and the time for the return is going to expire.
What should I do?
many thanks in advance

They won't be able to issue a valid label through ebay. ebay may instruct the seller to send the cost to you by other means but they cannot enforce.

Have you started an "item not as described " case, if not it would sound like a good thing.

Hi supercarsbaby, thanks for your post.
With international transactions, there is a possibility that a seller might not be able to send you a valid label. If that's the case, which seems to be the case here, the seller would need to send you the necessary funds for you to return the item (you would use the funds sent by the seller to purchase a returns label), so you can send the item back to the seller for a full refund.
Please note that this is only possible if a return was filed through eBay, if the seller or you are unsure on how to proceed here, please feel free to encourage the seller to contact our customer service team, and they will be happy to guide them to do this.
Thank you,
Marco
