I bought a new pair of trainers from a new ebayer (UK) unfortunately they don't fit and I requested a refund.
Seller is refusing a refund and has closed the request. Their listing didn't say that they don't accept returns. They wouldn't tell me whether they are a private seller or a new business.
Do I have any right of refund or do I just chalk it up to experience?

If they could refuse a return for does not fit it must be a private account with no returns on the listing.

They are only selling trainers, so looks like a shop. They've now added 'no returns' on their listings.
It looks as if it's a new business; they only have 18 sales.

Then it's a business trading illegally on a private ebay account. Correctly registered businesses cannot have no returns.
You probably just need to chalk it up to experience.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.
How do I contact ebay for help?

I don't think there's much ebay can do but I suppose it's worth asking. You can request a callback on here:
