Hi I'm looking for help, I bought a phone last month, the phone was £75 but I had a £15 eBay voucher. I paid with PayPal pay in 3 (so paid £20 so far)
Then a week later the same phone arrived again...I check my eBay purchases and there was no sign of another transaction so I thought they had accidentally sent me another phone.
But checking PayPal. There are now 2 eBay pay in 3s set up the second one was a week later for £60.32. it's obvious that it's for the second phone. But I didn't authorize this and I didn't have 2 discount vouchers so none of itt males sense.
I told the seller and I've sent it back now they are refusing to refund as they can only see the original purchase as can I on eBay. What do I do next??
