Have you sent the seller a message that you wish to cancel your order?

That's your first step, but be aware,  they do not have to accept any cancellation request.

Yes I have contact them but was told by the bank to contact ebay but I can't found the contact number or email address

The bank wrongly informed you eBay cannot cancel this order for you,   only the seller can.  You need to wait for the seller to reply,  but as said,  they do not have to accept your cancellation request.

Do they have a Returns policy on their listing?  Then,  once you receive the item you can return it for a ' change of mind '  reason to receive a full refund,  but you will have to pay for that fully tracked return postage.  Alternatively sell it on yourself.
