Can someone help a girl out hear i order a ninja slushy i have received a invoice/packing slip but no ninja is this a scam

as you have received a package you must open a not as described case -

Are you sure this has definitely been sent by the seller? You can check this by checking the tracking on the sale in your orders.

If it is the same you should open an "Item not as Described " dispute. Your seller will get 3 working days to send you a paid-for return label.  If you don't get a label escalate your case. Ebay may refund at this point.

If they send you a label  You must return everything you received, and once the tracking shows delivered your seller gets 2 days to refund, and if they don't you escalate your case again to get your refund.

Do not open a Not received case, make sure you open a return,

It says deliver on my tracking but all that his been delivery is the invoice?

Then, open a case for item not  as  described,  as advised above.

Do Not open one for item not received,   as you did receive something,  albeit only an invoice.
