Non Delivery and 2 week wait for refund !

OK    paid for an item  16/06/2025    delivery was estimated  18 - 22 /06 

Waited 5 days before opening a non delivery case with eBay  and then advised to wait  3 more days

The 3 days then became the 28th June almost 2 weeks after I ordered and paid for the item.

Its no wonder  that other online sale and auction sites are coming to the fore, and after my being an eBay member fr over 17 years and observing the gradual decline f services in gener

You have to wait for the estimated delivery date to pass otherwise it wouldn't be fair to the seller.  Then they're given 3 days to resolve the issue before ebay step in.  That's good practice, surely.
