Wow just noticed - i sold a double pack record to someone in France - they dont have BPF added.
So does this just mean us Brits are the only ones charged for BPF.
What makes us Brits so easy as a target to charge more and not the rest of the world?
Ebay just go back to the fees charged for private sellers I had no issues then, but this silly BPF is slowing down me getting rid of my collection of music and other stuff from my items I no longer want or use.
Why are you cutting your nose of to spite your face?
I have seen many posts good and bad on this topic, it just does not make any sense at all.
Just seems like Greed on your part because you messed it up when you said selling was free, but the buyer has to pay for BPF when they already have this!
I just hope you read all the posts that have been said about this and do something constructive and say yes we were wrong we will go back to charging fees!

At the moment, yes. There is no Buyer Protection in France, they have eBay's Money Back Guarantee. What the difference is, I couldn't tell you. UK buyers still have eBay's Money Back Guarantee too.

Come off it - there's more chance of Hell freezing over than there is of eBay saying "Sorry, we were wrong", and reverting back to the old way of doing things!

The other place rivalling eBay at the moment also has this in place and strangely enough no one complains about it there.
I use it a lot and don’t complain.
