Hi all, I had a item arrive with the wrong label, or at least the right label, with the wrong contents. I've gone through the process and printed the label to return it to The States, (DHL), but can't see any info on what to do with the parcel. The post office don't want it, what to do? I've got until the 17th to return it.

Thanks, I've looked there and can only see how to book a new parcel in and pay.

OK, I did get a phone number from the website and they were great. All sorted now.
