Mix up at Collect+ shop - what should I do?

Hi guys, I order pokemon cards frequently for collection at my local shop. Things usually go okay however something has gone wrong and I'm not entirely sure what to do about it.

 

 

 

Basically, I purchased a card on the 5th of March (sent 2nd class) and I was never given a collection code for it. I contact the seller and we both agree that it was lost, he issues me a full refund. I think nothing of it.

 

 

 

I then order another card on the 17th of March and go to collect it upon receiving the code. I recieved it this morning. Cashier scans the barcode, gives me the parcel and I think nothing of it. 

 

 

 

I open the parcel however and it has the card in that I originally thought to have been lost. It wasn't lost in the post, the shop staff just hadn't bothered to book it in for collection. From both mine and the seller's end I have collected the second card, however I obviously haven't. I also don't know if the shop will give it to me as their system will say it has already been "collected". 

 

 

 

Not sure what do here, have contacted the seller however I doubt that'll get very far. Any advice would be much appreciated.
