Hello! I have sold a sit on mower a week ago and the money is still in my ebay account and not in my bank account. You have checked my account and put 1p in and then taken it out again so what is the hold up?

If you've had your bank account verified, then it will be the new pay-out system or the fact your a new seller, definitely both.

1) your a new seller they will hold your payment longer until you've gained a bit of a reputation for about 21 days could be longer only  CS can answer that.

2) tracked postage once you've gained that reputation will be released in 2 day after delivery and a confirmed scan,

3) untracked or unscanned will be 14 days after delivery they will use the expected delivery date for this 14 days after that.

Try ringing ask them which it when will my account be fully verified for payouts

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
