I've been trying to Reply to Masteda Parts but the message does not send.

It goes grey and there's a red dot like it's not sent.

Maybe a change of device and / or browser may help.

If using the app or mobile browser,  switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome see if that works.

Come back here if it doesn't.

Tried on laptop. It says ",it appears message contains contact or payment information" but it doesn't

It's the pipe that goes from the condenser to the bulkhead.
I tried sending "Messages won't send" and it did the same.
I Messaged another seller and it sent OK
