Manually marking an item as delivered

I accepted a bid on an item which Seller Pays Postage.  I set the status to Delivered as I noticed that the buyer lived quite near and I thought it was safer to hand deliver.  How do I manually mark the item as Delivered so a payment can be released.

You can't.Only online tracking would prove item was delivered.I think the payment clears after 14 days.

So I need to wait 14 days and the system will automatically mark as
delivered and payment will be released.
