There are plenty threads with people complaining about Evri, many have replys from happy customers saying " I havn't had a problem with Evri" but if you did then you would find out just what a joke they are.
The measure of a company is how they deal with problems.
Try contacting customer services! They will email you quick smart.... but its just an automated reply, generic, sent to everyone that starts a chat on line .
Phone them...its no better.
They left my parcel outside in the street,(not the first time) its been stolen (also not the first time).
They have a tracking photo that proves non delivery, its in the street otside my closed door.
Yet ebay say the tracking shows delivered.
The sale of goods act 2015 means nothing to ebay.
For me, Evri is killing Ebay

Evri is the UK’s largest parcel carrier, delivering more than 2.5 million a day from 80 per cent of the UK’s biggest retailers.
Evri’s services will soon be offered over the counter at Post Office branches. Evri says it delivers 730 million parcels a year, of which 99.5 per cent are dispatched successfully.
Now where was this quote from ?

I am finding items from EVRI are taking about a week to arrive.
RM takes 2-3 days.

Hi,
I needed to make a claim on a lost parcel with Evri.
After hours of trying to make this claim or even speak to someone i gave up 😡
Pointless having insurance on a delivery if you can't even contact a human to make a claim. just kept sending me to bots that just couldn't get me to where i needed to go to make a claim.

I feel the same about evri ruining the ebay shopping experience. The daft part is we already have a close to perfect delivery system in the royal mail. The days of gayly clicking on an item and recieving it a few days later are becoming a distant memory.
eBay needs to distance themselves from evri or they will fall.

I have to agree with you about Evri, they're a bunch of clowns who employ incompetent drivers. Take last month, a British Airways JJC badge that I bought had been delivered to 'a safe place' (so he claimed). Oh yes, it was safe alright (he types sarcastically)...halfway through the letterbox! When I got home later that day, it was nowhere to be seen! I think to be a delivery driver with Evri, you need to be a lazy and not giving a where you leave the parcel - a six-year-old could do a better job than some of these people who work for Evri.
As for the Sale of Goods Act not applying to eBay, well, they're American, so what do you expect? Plus, the SoG Act has been replaced by another Act.

eBay taking over Yodel? That's got 'bad idea' written all over it! I regard eBay as an online retail dictatorship and the one thing you don't want to do is give a dictator more ideas.

Well if it does happen it'll give idiots like you another company to criticise instead of Evri, you really don't have a clue and as for a package missing that was posted through a letterbox, that old chestnut 🙄 still it gets people one step closer to being blacklisted, customers like you are not needed 😁

Are you an Evri diver by any chance?
You seem to be quite invested in this discussion for someone who had not lost multiple parcels to Evri incompetence.

They probably couldn't be bothered to push it all the way through the letterbox after taking the photo.
My last parcel lost to them would have fit through my letterbox but was left on the step, with a photo to prove it.
Just weeks ago they lef a parcel on my doorstep ( daughter ordered) I posted it through the letterbox on my way out.
That is the height of laziness or stupidity.
Why risk getting the company a bad name for the sake of posting a parcel through the letterbox?! Is that so hard!

Im ebay seller. Customer asked for evri parcel shop delivery as lives near to a parcel shop. Well parcel got to a depot but then did not go onwards to the designated parcel shop. Parcel shop is on Evri website with its postcode listed. Evri tracking says no such postcode. Phoned parcel shop address and they confirmed they are still there and their postcode confirmed. I go back to Evri no human just insert details here thingie. BOT still insists parcel shop postcode doesnt exist. I contact customer services and get an email from customer services they think im buyer and say contact the seller. HELLO *bleep* do you think it is writing to you. I AM the seller! So its not going to buyer so I put in my postcode to see if its on its way back to me. NOPE. Does not recognise buyer nor seller postcode. Both these potcodes apparently do not exist. What I do know exists is my receipt and the fact that I paid them money. END result looks like a 70 quid loss. F U R I O U S !!1

Erm no delivery to parcel shop DOES NOT work. Parcel got sent to a depot for onward transmission to parcel shop and never made it. Vanished. Evri then had the cheek to say no such parcel shop even though it is listed on their website. Net result, I sustained a 70 quid loss.

I am finding its taking EVRI about 10 days to deliver.

In an answer to your question....YES, Evri is killing eBay.
The last 2 items that I've bought from eBay sellers have arrived in damaged boxes with the contents broken, so I've returned them using RM and the parcel has arrived within 3 days from posting. It's a shame Evri are so slow to deliver, my last parcel took them 7 days....eBay if you're monitoring this post....DUMP EVRI and save your business.

Yes,..simply put "Evri is killing Ebay."
