There are plenty threads with people complaining about Evri, many have replys from happy customers saying " I havn't had a problem with Evri" but if you did then you would find out just what a joke they are.
The measure of a company is how they deal with problems.
Try contacting customer services! They will email you quick smart.... but its just an automated reply, generic, sent to everyone that starts a chat on line .
Phone them...its no better.
They left my parcel outside in the street,(not the first time) its been stolen (also not the first time).
They have a tracking photo that proves non delivery, its in the street otside my closed door.
Yet ebay say the tracking shows delivered.
The sale of goods act 2015 means nothing to ebay.
For me, Evri is killing Ebay

when i made my order i gave ebay the delivery address evri chose to ignore this and sent my order to a parcel shop instead with out my authorisation which i think you will find is illegal so i contacted the cab on 08001448848 who has informed the trading standards so if you have any problems with evri just phone the cab and if enough people complain in the end trading standards will have to take some action so you have got to just persevere and keep on complaining and one day hopefully in the near future trading standards will wise up and start penalising the rogue parcel companies i know it is inconvenient but in the end trading standards will have to act

I’ve not had a single good experience with EVRI.
Sure, the folk who drive the vans are good people,
but the EVRI central planning and computer systems are dire.
Tracking is ineffective. I never know which day , or time, deliveries will occur.

I must confess that my regular Evri delivery driver is quite good now.
I did have a problem a while back when he was on holiday, I don’t even recognise the door the delivery photo showed the parcel was left by.
I didn’t have to waste my time trying to chase anyone, this wasn’t an eBay purchase, I was dealing with Chinese customer support, full refund, instantly.

Chinese customer support trumps eBay, that’s why I voted with my feet.

Its not just Evri is it?

Just an Evri vent ( another drop in a waterfall of evidence) so no response required.
I only order from companies that do not have Evri shown in the delivery, but it means nothing because sometimes sellers listing RoyalMail still send via Evri. In this case it was an international seller that handed over to Evri.
Evri opened the package containing 2 orders, removed one, sealed it shut, then delivered. So both orders show as delivered from tracking, but they weren't! Not the first time it's happened. Evri steal part of the parcel, yet according to their tracking it was delivered.
Perhaps if we all left "Good seller, but used Evri = ONE STAR" as feedback things might change. It's harsh, but realistically the only way companies will listen and act.
Currently trying to get a refund, but won't get my time back dealing with the issue.
End of rant, thanks for reading!

Yes, I agree. I often avoid buying on eBay now also. I'm sure many of us are too, just to avoid Evri.
Evri are truly diabolical and I've had enough. Too many horror stories to count.
"Good seller, but uses Evri = ONE STAR" is the only feedback that will be listened to, unfortunately.
"Is Evri killing eBay?" Yes, and eBay seems OK with that, sadly.

The proposed acquisition of DHL eCommerce UK by Evri has not been finalised yet and is currently being investigated by the Competition and Markets Authority. DHL Express is not part of the proposed merger.
