Incorrectly charged shipping after Best Offer?

Hi

I made a few offers to the same seller that was selling some motorcycle parts. They accepted all of my offers, and as they’re only 30 mins away from me I had selected Free Collection on all of the offers I made

I’ve been charged automatically, and postage has been applied to all of them incorrectly 

I should add, when I tried to do this via the mobile app, I couldn’t select collection (even though the option appeared). I had to use a desktop to send offers that were for collection 

Seems like something is broken in eBay 

How can I get this rectified? Postage for 4 individual items is quite a bit!

Send the seller a message explain the issue which occurred when selecting collection,  that postage was charged. 

Best way forward is for them to cancel all the orders, citing Buyer Requests to Cancel, this fully refunds you, and assure them doing it this way,  their seller performance is not affected.

They can then relist the items all together as one item,  as a Collection only item, for you to buy from them again,  and pay through eBay checkout, remember cash is no longer allowed for collection items, and payment must be made thru eBay checkout for the seller to be able to give you their contact details for collection.

One more tip,  when all of the above goes ahead,  on collection check over those items and only hand over the collection code when satisfied the items are as you wish,  they are as described.  The code proves collection.

For the postage costs you've been charged, they will be refunded to you and can take up to 30 days to appear.

Ask the seller to cancel/refund the transactions and relist them on one listing for collection only.
