I accidentally shipped the wrong item to a buyer recently. After they contacted me and raised the issue, I immediately rectified this by sending the correct item out along with a tracked 24 self adhesive returns label. They said they would return it and now have stopped communicating altogether. What do I do?

Nothing you can do to enforce them to send you back that item. Has enough time passed for them to receive that label and return it to you?
Was it expensive? You may wish to then take a legal route to retrieve the item.

Hi,
Thanks for responding to my question. The initial item was sold on the 5th April, I dispatched it tracked on the 7th of April and I was contacted on the 10th of April when they advised me of the mistake. I posted the correct item out the same day with the returns label (couldn't figure out how to do it the ebay way so I generated a tacked 24 label so I would be notified when it was dispatched and could track it). They confirmed that they would return the item on the 16th April. Since then I have sent them two messages asking what the progress is and nothing. The item was worth £70
