Not allowed unless the Vehicle is listed under Classified Ads. section where contact details/negotiations can be exchanged before sale is completed.

Try asking on the ebay 'Motors' board?

As explained you cannot and the only way to receive the address for you to go and view is to win the auction.
Do not worry though if you win, you are not obliged to pay after inspecting the vehicle and finding it not to your liking / not as described.
The only loser here is, aside for the time you had to wait for the auction to end, is the seller, who has to pay a listing fee, regardless if the vehicle sells or not.
As mentioned, if you look for cars listed in a Classified ad format then you may perhaps visit and view a little quicker, than waiting for an auction to end.

As its an auction - no means to view the car first. You'd need to win the auction. At that point you can swap details to arrange collection.
If you are not happy with the car - don't collect and arrange a refund with the seller.

The beautiful MG is listed in Auction Format and the exchange of contact details is not allowed until after the car is sold --- messages to the Seller will probably be blocked --- only Classified allows contact before sale.
