So I bought a phone from a suspicious seller that only has two reviews and both of them are negative, one says that he’s a scammer. I rushed to buy it because it was at a very good price and I didn’t really looked into the seller profile. It has been 4 days since I cancelled the item and the seller doesn’t want to cancel it, I’m not sure what’s going to happen, please help me I’m kind of afraid of losing my money.

You can't lose your money if you use the money back guarantee.
I suggest you read how it works.

Can you post the item number

You can only request a cancellation. The seller doesn't have to accept it. If you don't receive the item then you will be able to open an 'Item not received' claim under eBay's Money Back Guarantee for a full refund. Likewise if you do receive the item but it isn't as described you will be able to open a return request using the reason 'Item doesn't match description or photos'.

So that phone is about £500 cheaper than it should be, and the price excluding the buyer protection fee was £730 so they were able to list with simple delivery (SD).
Those are the hallmarks of a new scam involving SD which I won't go into here, but be assured the scam is against ebay and you are protected as long as you use the money back guarantee.
I expect the item will be 'posted' and then lost, so you will need to claim for an item not received.

Thank you so much for that info, please tell me what should I do next, shall I wait until the item get posted and reported as lost and then I have to claim for an item not received?

One day after the item's last estimated date for delivery proceed this way if you haven't received your item:
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
I'm afraid the clues were all there! Negative feedback from others, and a phone being sold £500 less than the usual price!
Never truer words.... ' If it looks too good to be true, it probably is ! '
