When sellers say "no returns" they can only mean "change of mind" returns. You are always entitled to a full refund if item is not as described. The return case must be started within 30 days of the deilvery date.
Start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

@7dcfadam It's probably irrelevant but you don't actually mention what condition was given in the listing when you purchased, although the condition and/or description should have mentioned whether there were any issues with the item, including the state of the battery.
Whilst @**peaseblossom** is perfectly correct with regard to opening a case and returning the SatNav because the battery doesn't hold a charge I do wonder if you have thought 'outside the box' on this one:
- You managed to find an identical replacement for a SatNav which you dropped. You don't mention the make/model so I have no idea just how available they are, but if they're hard to find how difficult is it going to be to locate another?
- How much did you pay, was it a good price and how likely are you to find another identical replacement at the same sort of price?
- If the battery in the SatNav you bought doesn't hold charge but the battery in the SatNav you dropped does, is it possible to swap the batteries over?
Ok, so you bought a SatNav which, apparently, wasn't as described (or at least didn't mention a faulty battery) and yes, returning it for a refund would teach the seller a lesson, but that would leave you back at square one with a broken SatNav and no replacement.
I just think it might be worth weighing up all the options before opening a case. If the SatNav you bought was at a reasonable price and battery can be swapped over why not do that - at least you'll have a working SatNav.
