If any one finds themselves in the same position I was in recently here is some advice.
I bought an item off Ebay, this included Ebay simple delivery (Evri).
The tracking "proof" showed a photo of a package in someones hand, no recognisable background. The package was never delivered to me. Both the seller and Ebay said, tracking shows delivered. See proof.
I then showed PayPal screen shots of the tracking "proof" and the location the photo was taken, that is not in my postcode.
PayPal refunded me within 10 minutes.
So there you have it. Ebay have excelled in their arrogance and stupidity this time.
That will probably be my last Ebay purchase.
