Evri delivery is total rubbish

I have very bad experience with Evri delivery, the rencent 4 purchasing  delivered by evri were got the problems, one item mising, 2 item were delivered to wrong address and could not found where item was.

strongly ask ebay to remove Evri out off ebay delivery choice.

I disagree.  My Evri drivers are brilliant and were when it was Hermes too.  Prefer Evri to Royal Mail for speed every time.

You need to stop thinking your experience is replicated everywhere and demanding action on things that don't need action at all.

I have to agree with @asleepingdragon  our Evri delivery lady is fabulous, too.   Always on time,  always polite and sends me tracking at every stage so I know where my item is.

It all depends who is delivering your items in your area.  If you have a bad person doing the rounds where you are,  then by all means select sellers who are not offering an Evri service.

Evri delivery is total rubbish

I've had bad, very bad, acceptable, good, and occasionally very good experiences with many of the carriers including sadly, RM who at least where I live, will not use the doorbell and prefer to tap with one finger on the door, so you cannot hear them call.  When I took this up with the local post office person, she told me "that's so that they get overtime to visit your rural address again and again".  I despair.

At least EVRI will normally send the intended recipient an email to tell them that is is out for delivery that day...and it usually is!  The fact that so many people order things to be delivered, yet seemingly are never at home is a complete mystery to me.

What amuses (or worries) me though is, when sending an item to a buyer with EVRI, they then state upon delivery 'securely left in porch'.  Now, if the EVRI person has access to this supposedly secure porch, so does EVERYONE else of course, and yet they and Ebay regard it as 'delivered'.
