Dodgy return address

I bought a car boot tidy recently, but its not as shown in the photos. Some velcro is missing that is essential for securing the bag to the boot liner, preventing it from falling over.

When I started a returns process, the return address is as follows;

If you post in Discussion > Buying you will receive a quicker response.

That is not so much a dodgy address, as a fake label. If it happens again, message in the Return Case to request the correct label (always leave a paper trail) then call eBay to ask for their help. Usually you will receive a refund without having to return the item.
