Delivery beem a ebay menber for donkeys years

Only never had odd item fail to turn up and that was years ago

Recently moved out in the sticks rural area

Cut to chase courier ERI  claim to have delivered item to my address letter box
Was sent email item deliverd checked nothing on a sunday which i thought unusual.

Loged  on tracking site said dileverd letter box put in postcode for more information
expecting to see a photo of someone elses letter box.
All i got was post code not recognised

Contacted seller eventually got raise it with ebay

Did that  just been told found in sellers favour>

I have bought a few quite expensive things in past on here and i wont be now is this normal on ebay now ?

Proof of delivery is some courier saying its delivered no signature not even a photo?

Please speak to eBay on the telephone to explain that although the item was marked delivered, tracking does not match your postcode. According to pro mentors this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays. 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends. If you try early in the day you are more likely to get someone in Dublin. Although I have found all Customer Service operators to be helpful in this situation, regardless of country.

Is there any more tracking info on the ebay order page?

Ask the seller to confirm the postcode they sent it to/look at the Evri tracking themselves and e.g. screenshot any info.

Just a thought but as you say you have moved recently,  have you updated your address in the correct places?   Is your previous postcode recognised on the tracking site?

Under your account details/ addresses there are 5 options = Registration, Delivery, Dispatch, Return address and collection address.   If you are just a buyer both registration and delivery addresses need updating to your new address.
