Counterfeit microSD sold here advertised as high speed

Hello, 

I see that a lot of MicroSD sold here are counterfeit,with brand that never produced and described as high speed that are never even close to reality. 

This will lead with people buying those items with a lot of waist of money and time, in the worse case scenario not realising that it is counterfeit.

I have reported some of those but eBay has discarded my reports. 

I think eBay should protect customers from counterfeit items before a purchase when it is evident that the seller did not describe the item properly. 

Do you know if something else can be done, like reporting to police?

You need to report the matter to the brand that is being counterfeited as it is their reputation which will be ultimately harmed by this.  I am sure they will take the necessary measures to have them removed.
