Contacting eBay

Why is it when I try to contact eBay I am confronted with all the categories, then clicking on them results in going round in circles because there isn't a "Something Else" option? No option to contact support directly on no catagorie button for "Something Else".

You would get a better answer and faster asking on these boards

CS will just tell you what you want to hear, regardless of whether it is true or not

Just ask your question here and we will do our best to help you

Posters here are more knowledgeable than CS and won't feed you lies to get you off the phone
