Click and collect confusion

There seems to be a lot of confusion among sellers around click and collect. As a buyer I use click and collect all the time as my home address is insecureand has becomey only choice for delivery Many times sellers don't understand that the ecP code must in the address or the collection point can't enter it into the notification system and they just return the package. They then get annoyed with me as a buyer when its totaly out of my control EBay doesn't help the situation as they themselves seem confused as to what click and collect means. One one hand it means collect in person from the seller and it also means collect from a collect point shop , very different situations. I have lost count of the number of messages I have sent to sellers explaining the importance of the ecP code. EBay need to make it much clearer to sellers when they offer the service . its not rocket science and doesn't cost anything
