Purchased 2 Crucial 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 5600MHz SODIMM RAM kits on January 27th, 2025 (Order ID: 26-12614-42200) from seller ahmed14.
Both sticks have labels showing CT32G56C46S5 (DDR5-5600MHz), but after thorough testing, I’ve confirmed that:
One stick is completely non-functional — can't even boot the system or open Bios
The other stick works, but it is not the correct speed — it shows up as model CT32G48C40S5.M16A1 in CPU-Z, which is DDR5-4800MHz

Initially, I thought this might be due to compatibility with my older ROG Strix Scar 2022 laptop, so I delayed action. But after upgrading to a Strix Scar 2025, I tested again in 2 laptops and confirmed one stick is broken, and the other is not as advertised.
