First issue :- Order No. 10-11971-02189 order date 21.08.24 - you can check on the website - just says in transit TN ES10028496790910001010001B0N - Seller not helpful - I would like a refund please.

The Seller just aid for ME to contact UPS , they do not return goods, it may have been destroyed !

Second Issue :- Order No. 05-12392-51221 order date 29.44.24  - same as above on the website - TN ES10129542252520001010001C0N - I would like a refund

Also, sorry I cannot remember which one above - but the item was attempted to be delivered twice to our factory on a Saturday - We are closed at the weekends - sure this is in our account notes !

eBay 30days after the last estimated delivery date.

PayPal 180 days from payment.

For future reference we are members like you.  We know how eBay works but are not employees.

We have no access to account detail for example.  

You have 30 days with eBay to refund and I am sorry but I think that if 2024 is the true date you are probably too late for your bank [6 months I think]
