Bought an Apple Watch, asked before purchase if the Activasion lock had been removed told that it had been done , Description in big bold letters said next day delivery, Three days later I contacted seller who apologised and said they sent it out normal delivery, This was no good to me as I was going on holiday next day so asked if I could return the watch which they agreed so I put in a return request.They rejected the return . Iv now received the Watch but the Activation lock is still attached to the seller. I have obviously contacted the seller who has failed to answer at all. How do I resolve this issue as I cannot open a dispute normally as the return was rejected the first time around.How do you get in touch with someone on EBay. I tried customer service with an Email but just got told to contact the customer. Now I can’t even find the customer service Email address .The watch was quite expensive.Thanks in advance
