Left a follow up comment on feedback,(it's not all good wrong part sent,i have not given any feedback yet),may have click wrong seller but think not, ok yesterday today fired up laptop and comment was left?
For some unknown reason, follow-up feedback often doesn't 'stick' on the UK site. Log into ebay.com, and leave it from there instead. That should do the trick.
However, if you haven't left any feedback yet, you obviously can't leave follow-up feedback, because there is no feedback to leave a follow-up to.
I assume you have opened a not as Described case, to get a full refund. Feedback is the last resort, otherwise it could be seen as feedback Extortion and removed and you could get a defect.
There has been an ongoing glitch with feedback lately, when feedback has been left but it cannot be seen until a few hours later. I can only assume this is what has been happening with you.
